SSB INTERVIEW

  1. Service selection Board: Good news is that there is no other subject except YOU! YOURSELF!
  2. You will be judged on qualities which they intend to nurture in you for becoming a successful officer in the coming years.
  3. Body language: pivotal role for a man to be called a Gentleman.
  4. Communications skills: good /average / bad : we will explain
  5. GTO tasks: your mental capability and “thinking on feet attitude” will sail you through.
  6. Group discussions: how to reach a conclusion when you sit in a group and discuss something where nobody is thinking alike.
  7. Lecturette : self-confidence , body language and skill set to make everybody interested in what you are delivering
  8. Individual Tasks: mental stamina, your approach, time management keeping objective in mind and attitude to win.

To progress and to remain in-charge of all events in life throughout is a must and pertinent to be a successful leader. This can only be envisaged by an effective leader. A good leader is as important as salt in food and should be like hand in glove with troops who have to be led by him.

A good leader can take an organization/institution to newer heights and help all men comprising the organization do well and evolve as future leaders. A good leader would not worry about adverse conditions, lack of resources or any kind of hurdle in his path but will successfully keep moving ahead and set benchmarks for others to follow.

Keeping his troops and fellow peers motivated towards a common objective is a key trait of a leader. To sum this up, above is an ideal definition of a Soldier and a complete leader and this is what we intend to nurture in our candidates.

SSB is not an exam but an interactive evaluation of the qualities which an officer should definitely Possessprior of even he joins any military academy.
